Biblical context is often missing in today’s teaching, so I launched “Ancient Scrolling,” where we examine the books of the Bible in light of their historical contexts. In this podcast, I examine what prompted the writing of the books of the Bible, who wrote them, and the messages they conveyed. I examine these books as a historian would a historic document, or an ancient texts. In doing so, I believe I have unlocked what the scriptures actually say, and not what man wants it to say. The first series is in the book of Hebrews.
